The 2022 model year sees several notable changes, including engine, tech, and paint color additions. RST, Premier, and Z71 trims are now offered with the 6.2-liter V8 engine option, and Z71 models gain access to an electronic limited-slip differential. Inside the cabin, all but the base model gain a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, and the infotainment system now features new Google apps such as maps, voice assistant, and the all-important app store. Regarding driver assistance tech, the 2022 Tahoe now gets standard lane-keep assist with lane departure warning, as well as front and rear park assist. GM’s Buckle to Drive system is now standard, and Evergreen Gray, Dark Ash, and Auburn metallic paints join the color palette.Lastly, there are now more available camera views than ever before, with transparent trailer, rear trailer view, and picture-in-picture side view.
