LEGO Car Fans Have a Lot to Look Forward To

The 2018 LEGO Speed Champions sets have been revealed and race car fans should be excited.

Ford, Porsche, and Ferrari are all represented by this year’s LEGO Speed Champions sets, with the Porsche 919 Hybrid race car getting a LEGO version. Joining the 919 Hybrid is a separate set that includes the Porsche 911 RSR and 911 Turbo 3.0 cars, along with a pit wall, race-position board, lap counter, checkered flag element, and three minifigures.

If you’re looking for more Ferrari creations to complete your collection, there are the Ferrari 488 GT3 “Ferrari Corsa” and Ferrari Ultimate Garage sets. The Ferrari Ultimate Garage also packs in seven minifigures, including a classic Ferrari 250 GTO racing driver, Ferrari 488 GTE racing driver, historic Ferrari 312 T4 racing driver, a race marshal, a race mechanic, and two visitors.

Ford fans can check out the 1968 Mustang Fastback kit and the Fiesta M-Sport WRC, which consists of 203 pieces and features two interchangeable hoods, authentic design details, and a cockpit for the included minifigure.

Only retail pricing in the U.K. was revealed, since the 2018 LEGO Speed Champions sets were unveiled at a major U.K. retailer. Look for pricing in North America to be announced soon.
