One Company Will Build You a Hellcat-Powered Wrangler

You can get yourself a 707-horsepower Jeep Wrangler, but it doesn’t come cheap.

At the 2016 Easter Jeep Safari, the American automaker brought out its own Jeep Trailcat project, a heavily modified Wrangler featuring a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 Hellcat engine under the hood. Sadly, Jeep has no intentions of building that version, but one company in South Dakota will be more than happy to do it for you.

Dakota Customs is willing to transplant the 707-hp engine into your Jeep Wrangler in exchange for $56,000 and that doesn’t include the donor Wrangler. The conversion also includes a set of Borla headers, a Walbro dual fuel pump, CSF custom race radiator and the company’s own intake and intercooler. You can also add a tray to your Wrangler, just like the Trailcat had, for $5,895.
