If you’re in the market for a high-performance coupe there are several excellent options on the market. Two of the best are the Cadillac ATS-V and BMW’s M4.

Caddy’s cruise missile is motivated by a 3.6-liter twin-turbocharged V6. It cranks out 464 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque. For die-hard enthusiasts you can opt for a proper six-speed manual gearbox or a slushbox with eight forward ratios.

Not to be outgunned, BMW’s rival M4 features a force-fed straight six that delivers 425 ponies and 406 units of twist. As for transmissions, you can get a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic or a six-speed stick. As for pricing, this Bimmer starts around $62,000. An entry-level ATS-V can be had for roughly 60 big ones.
